Today, the Government published Legal Notice 187 of 2020, introducing a scheme by Malta Enterprise to support those who want to develop a business activity, by subsidizing part of their rent.
Those interested may file an application with Malta Enterprise, and where Malta Enterprise is satisfied that an eligible undertaking requires support to rent industrial space for developing a business activity, it may provide assistance not exceeding €25,000 per annum and covering up to 50% of the cost of the rent, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Guidelines issued by Malta Enterprise.
Applications will be received until 31 December 2022.
